Quality Control

Our Quality program enables us to satisfy our clients’ expectations in the most productive and cost-effective manner possible. We do this by having senior level management overseeing the process. Our program improves our janitors’ work ethic, thus increasing the value we can offer to our customers. We do this by:

• Quality control through inspections
• Ensuring satisfaction through closed-loop communication

• Complete janitor participation in the Quality process

Quality Control Through Inspections

We perform regularly scheduled inspections to determine the quality of the work and to solicit feedback from occupants. Data from inspections is used to measure our cleaning program, allowing us to set improvement goals and determine the effectiveness of its initiatives.

Quality control inspections will be performed weekly by our site manager using our CleanTelligent Inspection System. The entire facility is inspected at least monthly, and we encourage your representatives to accompany us on inspections. During the tour we contact occupants designated by you as key contacts.

Inspections are entered into our CleanTelligent Inspection System which is a web based application. This means that the inspections for your property are available to be viewed on the internet at any time, just by logging into the CleanTelligent website. From this application, work orders can be created and assigned promptly.
